Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj acknowledges that the Kosovo government has no information about what the topics are at meetings between Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Serbia's Aleksandar Vuciq, but, despite this, says it cannot be discussed on Kosovo territory.
He says there is no pressure to remove that measure and show what are the conditions for Serbia, so it can be removed.
Haradinaj: Kosovo territory without discussion in dialogue
I don't have any direct information from the line of conversation, we haven't got any information from the president or his office yet, but Kosovo's good to be present at the table, so suppose if a meeting was organised by Moghrin and we were missing as Kosovo, it could be taken in some way as a plus for Serbia and as a minus for us. Then, yes, we have some concerns about what is under way for discussion at meetings, so we dare not have the territory of Kosovo and the borders of Kosovo, Kosovo is an independent state, owes its constitution and the decision of MPs on February 17th 2008, so we are against posing for discussion the substance of our state”, he says.
Asked when the Government will become part of the dialogue, it mentions that they are part of the technical dialogue. But he hopes an agreement will be reached between all leaders and all go to sit at the negotiating table.
Haradinaj: Government is technical part of dialogue

As far as the 10% measure for Serbian imported products is concerned, Haradinaj says it is not determined by arrogance or secularism, but as a safeguard clause.
When mentioning CEFTA, says Serbia has not observed its rules since.
While, according to Haradinaj, Serbia is doing not ethical, not diplomatic and illegal actions. And until it stops these, Haradinaj says they will not remove this measure.
Haradinaj: The 10% tax was set up as protection
Serbia has taken the obligation not to prevent Kosovo from membership in regional and international organisations, has taken over to withdraw from a war, so to call it a global plan against Kosovo. It is now very aggressive, supposedly in attracting recognition by using methods and actions that are not ethical, undiplomatic, and illegal. Then we have a great aggressiveness for the citizens of Kosovo, the Kosovo Serbs, the threats to them, the families who are members of the KSF, so there is one, so I'm calling it an increased aggression, which we're obliged to say stop, using a legitimate instrument of our country, that's the move towards Serbia's products, as well as making sure that we don't touch international products or products or international countries, that's the most real measure we can take, despite the fact that President Vuci interprets this as violating certain norms. The truth is that Serbia has not respected CEFTA norms so far, they don't have to be summoned to CEFTA now, that's our legitimate, protective measure, if we're obliged to protect ourselves by increasing this measure from ten per cent to twenty, thirty or to that final. Why would I say that? We're really forced, we're up against the wall, we don't have a way to go like Kosovo”, says the head of the Government for Kosovas.
