Haradinaj has indicted Muhajer following allegations that he addressed years ago to the current number of one Government, that he is allegedly making money with gasoline and luck games, and because of statements “insulting and slandering” in the Austrian newspaper Der Standard.

In compensation for the material damage, the prime minister through the indictment requires 250 thousand euros in compensation from the head of Pec municipality.

The trial against them has failed to be held so far.
