Once, border correction, demarcation and the idea of exchange of territories, Haradinaj has called them disguises for partitioning Kosovo.
“I don't believe in a border correction agreement, with demarcation, with exchange of territories, all are disguises for partitioning Kosovo. All of this is disguises that there on the other hand, its head of state has come up with something, we're accepting Kosovo, even if they say they're accepting it today, that they're respecting their agreements, they don't respect it. Even when you go to the Security Council, it will still tell Russia or someone, block Kosovo. Then why would we go that way? No, we're consisting, we're becoming a state, we're getting to know ourselves more, we're becoming master of”, Haradinaj said.
Demarkation with Montenegro, Haradinaj called the correction of the agreement rather than borders. He also said he is interested in having good relations with Montenegro, and for that he announced he has invited the Montenegrin prime minister to his towers in Glodjan.
“We are not setting limits, we are correcting the agreement, because there has been a wrong agreement on the Montenegrin border Kosovo. The border is at Cackor, the border is in the tower, made a mistake in the agreement, and they agreed in two directions, here I thank President Thaci for his care at the time, Chairman Veselin and everyone who helped us carry out this deal. We have conducted the demarcation, with the performance of the demarcation the conditions for liberalisation” achieved, Haradinaj said.
Prime Minister Haradinaj also spoke of the Kosovo Army, which he said would not replace NATO, nor KFOR, but is Kosovo's defence mandate.
He also said that this army guarantees Kosovo's right to protection and that Kosovo's young, through the military, will be able to contribute to world peace as well.
You risk Kosovo's right to the military, on a warrant, no one. So it's just a complement of a vacuum, a missing right. Why is the army important to you young people, not only can you become soldiers, but because you will qualify to be citizens of your own state, as is a citizen of Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia and anyone else”, Haradinaj has said.
Regarding governance, Hardinaj said it must be implemented, not just politics. He said his government has a focus on order, law and security in Kosovo.
Haradinaj: Once again, it smells like Kosovo state.
