Maybe the year when you legally had the right to order alcohol? Maybe high school or college? Or were you most happy when you accepted the job you always dreamed of?
Researchers have discovered that happiness reaches the peak in two stages of our life, and one may have the past, and yet the other has not yet come, it transmits Telegragraphy.
Experts have interviewed 23,000 adult Germans aged 17-85 years, asking them about their satisfaction in life and asking how they predict their happiness over the next five years. After exactly five years, the same people have been re-intervised to see if reality has adapted to their expectations.
Thus, the research team found that our satisfaction or happiness peaks at age 23 and 69.
The 23-year age is usually the age when we are filled with momentum and optimism for the future.
On the other hand, the age of 69 is most likely when the stresses of things we do not know are behind us and we can finally enjoy the fruits of our professional and personal work.
It is noteworthy that experts say that when it comes to happiness or satisfaction, it is better for us to prioritize simple pleasures.
A walk in the park during a sun diet, a good session of physical exercise, listening to favorite songs, etc., are all sure ways that we can feel more satisfied and positive about life. /Telegraphy/
