According to CNN, the victims are two women -- Bincley, a 21-year-old student from Atalanta who studied in Florida and Van Vesssem, 61 -- a doctor who conducted a hospital in Tallahasse, follows the Indexline.
Otherwise police units identified the aggressor as 40-year-old Scott Paul Beierle, however, the motives of this act remain unclear.
