Headaches happen. The good news is, there are some simple things you can do to ease your pain without any doctor prescription or pills.
Try putting something cold in your head.
If you have migraines, put a cold thing on your forehead. Ice fragments wrapped in a towel or a cold shower can ease your pain. Keep it set for 15 minutes, then take it off for 15 minutes, broadcast the telegram.
Use a warm or compressor pillow
If you suffer from tension, place a hot pillow on your neck or back your head. If you are in pain with sinus, wear a warm garment in the pain zone. A hot shower can also help.
Light Pressures in the Head
If you grabbed your hair and held it too tight, it could have caused you a headache. They may also result from wearing a hat, strip, or even very narrow swimming glasses. In one study, women who had left their spare hair saw that their headaches had disappeared.
Lights
Great light or moving lights - even computer screens - can cause migraines. If you are inclined to have these pains, cover the windows with curtains that stop the sun. Wear sunglasses when you're outside. You can also add light - stop computer screens and use fluorese lamps to install lights.
Try not to chew
Gum not only can hurt my jaw, but also my head. The same is true of chewing fingers, lips, and the insides of the pages, or something in your hand like pencils. Make sure you get small bites in your diet. If you bite your teeth at night, ask your doctor to protect your teeth. This can alleviate early headaches
Get caffeine
Drink tea, coffee or something with a little caffeine. If you take it earlier, I can ease the headache. It can also help pain relievers work better. Just don't drink too much because caffeine can cause headaches too.
Practice Relaxing
Even if you extend, yoga, or muscle relaxation, learning how to relax in the midst of severe headaches can help with relief.
Try massages
You can do it yourself. A few minutes of neck massage can help alleviate head pressure, which may be a cause of stress. /Telegraphy/
