It becomes known that on this road, Tirana's Road Police have exercised radar controls to prevent road accidents caused by the speed of higher standards.
A 33-year-old from Tirana who traveled in a car with Range Rover has been caught at speeds of 261km/h.
Police appeal to end such speeds while underlining that the destination from home becomes a hospital.
Also, Tirana Police over the weekend have imposed 49 administrative measures for OAS for speeds ranging from 172 to 261km/h.
