MP Ilir Deda has said that Kosovo decision-makers have been better off out of the race, when it is known there is not enough support for Interpol.
So writes Deda in FB:
INTERPOL membership failure is the next blow Kosovo takes, after debakli for membership in U NESTO.
It does not honor any country that voted against Kosovo to remain outside the global network in the fight against crime, especially the vote against the member states of the European Union.
And for our decision-makers, it's better to withdraw from the race if it's known there wasn't enough support than to have such failures. Now this failure will be exploited by voices inside and outside Kosovo for “correction of borders” and for any agreement with Serbia.
