Coffee
One of the things that's constantly said to keep you awake, but we still consume it. What you can do is set a time limit for coffee consumption. Miss, have more than two coffees and don't drink coffee after lunch.
Red meat
Red meat needs more time to digest, so if you want to eat late, use some other meat or snacks.
Alcohol
Alcohol affects phase balance negatively Sleepy sleep. This means that our chances are greater so that we are not comfortable sleeping if we have consumed alcohol.
