Hysri Peqan's office, known as Burdushi, Tuesday and Friday, was always crowded. Often, politicians, singers, and other influential people had taken the road to find solutions to their problems. On the basis of the list at Burdush's home, among many public figures, Labinot Tahiri, Adelina Berisha and Daut Demaku had been visiting him. The Gazeta Express team has been staying at Burdush's house last week, and has watched shootings where politicians, singers and other influential people are watched looking for solutions.
Among the many public figures found on Burdush's lists, which the Prosecution seized on Friday, the name of Labinot Tahiri, Adelina Berisha and Daut Demak is mentioned.
But all three deny that. Some laughing, others troubled.
MP Labinot Tahiri has said he doesn't remember if any of his family ever went to Burdushi's.
As for Burdush's statements that in thanks for solving the problem, he has sang freely at his son's wedding, Laban has denied it.

Even singer Adelina Berisha has denied it. She says such a thing is not true.

Like these two, writer Daut Demak has responded. Demak even says he knows the whole story of this job, but as he claims its “republic does no favor anyone”

In addition, the Burdush lists, which were seized Friday by the Prosecutor, also confirm the names of many other influential figures in the country.
But that was not all. Even though Peqani continued to insist that there are no traces of things that could be considered illegal in his house, police during the search also found a record of large sums of the money documented by Burdushi on the grounds.
All of this was sufficient evidence for Hysri Peqani to be placed in chains. After hours of control, Burdushi was arrested.
Speaking to Gazeta Express after this action, Prosecutor Petrit Kryeziu said the concern for the case was taken from statements issued in T7.

But even though the raid occurred with allegations of tax evasion and fraud, Pekani is already suspected of two other criminal acts as illegal weapons and illegal exercise of medical activities.
While on Sunday, the Constitutional Court in Prizren has approved the prosecution's request, thus assigning Hysri Peqan a month of detention.
Burdushi, according to the prosecutor, is suspected of illegal exercise of medical activity, fraud, tax evasion and unauthorized possession of weapons.
The plea for mass detention had been rejected by Burdush's lawyers, saying their defender is being unjustly persecuted.
