Every part of our body is affected by the gravity and activity of cells. Like the face or neck, the hinds experience changes from year to year because of hormones or lifestyles, and of course, because the years pass. However, there are ways to keep the hinds in shape over the years.
Here's how we take care of their form every 10-year-old:
About 13 years old
At this age, the female form of the body has not yet been properly described. Hormonal levels are not yet too high, so the hinds are not very round; they are more muscle and tonned.
The acne may also appear in the same way as in the face because of unstable hormone levels. They usually disappear with puberty.
The 20s
At this age the process of hormonal changes is toward the end and the levels of estrogen, the female hormone, are higher by affecting the distribution of body fat mostly to the hinds and chest. It is a time when the hinds are round, maintaining the muscolosity and the shape raised. At this time it's good to strengthen muscle measures so that your hinds can stay toned even in your 40s.
All 30
Experts say that at this age the body begins to drop all hormonal and cell levels. This means weakening muscle mass, so it is important that you sit down less in your buttocks and train your hips more.
But not only muscles relax; even the skin begins to relax, losing its famous roundness and shape of the hinds.
The 40s
At this age, hormonal levels begin to change again, which creates an unprecedented mass of fat around the buttocks. However, there is still time to maintain a good form of the hinds. By maintaining a very clean food regime, with proper nutrition (less carbs, more proteins) muscles can stay tonned.
The 50s
At this age, estrogen levels are increasingly declining. This causes loss of fat in the hinds, making them more flat. Health usually spreads to thighs and wombs this time, writes Annabel. It is important, however, to train to maintain a good form of buttock muscles. Watch your food!
The 60s
The fact that menopause has passed does not mean that you must stop training. Your hinds are no longer the same, but if you have been practicing regularly from an early age, you will recognize the results at this time. Your body will be in better shape than that of any of your peers, not to mention the health benefits that constant training brings you. /gazetaora
