The court says the defendant allegedly entered the A office by 27.11.2018. D., seeking clarification for refusing to demand the status of KLA veteran, and after some offenses, the defendant attacks the injured A. D., I had to get medical treatment.
The injured “is the Inspector of Natural Disasters and Tjeta Disasters at the Directorate for Protection and Salvation in the Gjilan municipality. With these actions, defendant N. H. has committed a criminal offense against the official person during the official task, sanctioned under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK). The judge of the preliminary procedure estimated that legal conditions for appointing the detention measure for the defendant in question have been met, because if the same is found in freedom, I could influence witnesses”, it is said in the communique.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
