Vincent Company's father, Manchester City's captain, was elected several days ago the first black chairman of Belgium, in what has been described as the historic “” moment for the country.

Pierre Company's choice, 71-year-old, a mechanical engineer born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, was also wished by his son through a video message in which he spoke in three languages, writes Periscope.

Company Fils, 32, was born in Uccle, a district of Brussels, and his new brother, Francisco, who is also a professional football player in a Belgium league, spoke of their pride in French, Dutch and English.
