At President Thaci's reception ceremony, it is seen to be Armenia's Prime Minister, Nicole Pashinian, Francophony Secretary General Michael Jean, and their husbands. During this summit, President Thaci is expected to meet with leaders of Francophone countries.

This summit of heads of state and government is the highest institution of the International Francophony Organisation, where the Republic of Kosovo is an observer member since 2014, until we are expected to advance status during this summit.
This organisation unites 84 member states and governments, which share French and the values that divide Francophony countries.
