Three teenage girls are in danger after making secretes by greeting with their arm outstretched, similar to the greeting of Nazism.
The girls were on a school trip to the Auschwitz camp in Poland when they took a photo of the serie and posted it in the Instagram.
The girl who had posted the photo after realizing the effect that the picture caused was removed from the Institute, yet the Polish authorities came to identify teenage girls who were in danger and in prison.
Such behavior is shocking and terrible. Education and sensitivity to the tragic fate of all Auschwitz victims are very important” has said Bartosz Bartyzel, spokesperson for the Auschwitz Museum buttal Ep.pl
There is no specific law in Poland that prohibits the apology of Nazism or Fascism.
In any case, those who have felt offended by the girls' action have demanded that legislation be applied that condemns those who spread hatred, for which the three-year prison sentence is envisioned.
This is not the first time. In 2017 a group of Swedish students were fined for some inappropriate comments during their visit to the museum, while an Israeli boy who lowered his pants at the Majdanek camp was fined 250 euros in Warsaw.
