This would be a precedent that is contrary to Interpol rules, which strictly and unequivocally predict that only UN member states and UN monitors can be members of Interpol”, he stressed.
In addition, Stefanovic has added that if Kosovo membership in Interpol will be simply a political decision that is not based on international law and the consequences will be harmful not only to Serbia but to all member states of the world.
