Sunday, October 26, when the scorpions mark three o'clock, they must be back in an hour to tell two. This estimate will continue this year until the last weekend of March 2019, when the summer reckoning of time returns.
The European Commission has decided on September 12th of this year that the clockwise movement, the return to summer count, will take place on March 31, 2019, as it is abolished in October 2019.
This decision is binding for all EU member states.
Kosovo has not yet made any decisions, though it is expected to be with the European Union.
