Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvin reacted to an attempt to robbery where Albanian Edward Kozi was killed.
He was shot by Carabinieri after an attempted robbery at a cigarette store.
The two Carabinieri and security guards tried to stop the robbers, even though the prosecution has opened the investigation to verify whether the competencies were overstepped.
But Deputy Prime Minister and Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini, in a Twitter post, writes that “ata does not deserve to be investigated, but deserves a” medal.
“carabiniers and security guards, who risked their lives, did their job only: they do not deserve an investigation, but a medal --” writes Salvin.
