Politologist Ramush Tahiri has said Kosovo's dialogue has stalled because political parties in this period cannot reach consensus on creating a joint platform in the process.
In the interview given for the newspaper “The new age”, he has said that in some form Kosovo has remained in an international blockade because it is unable to fulfill its obligations.
Speaking of governance in the country, Tahiri has said the position does not have the votes to stay in power, but neither does the opposition have the votes to bring down Government.
According to Tahiri, it had a bad position that is not doing Kosovo well.
He has said the country could go to new elections this year.
