The violence exercised by the professor of English against a student in Podujevo was intended to remain secret to the public. In the police, the case was reported quite differently compared to what is seen in a published video. The professors have launched investigations, while the Education Directorate has warned of measures against him. The Sisters Kopola has denied the clash but has said he has separated students who were being beaten up.
Sabit Kopola, an English professor, in Gjimnazin “Alexander Juvani” in Podujevo has punched a student in the school yard. The fight was shot by another student by phone.
There, it is seen how students first stop their teacher from punching the student. A few seconds later, however, Sabit Copilla again rushes the child. You punch a student in front of the school yard.
This case was reported to the Director of Education. However, security and education institutions have not revealed the truth.
The victim's mother and mother have also stated that Professor Sabit Copalla has only performed the moderator's work in a row among students.
As soon as the footage has been published, police have changed the course of the investigation.
Police spokeswoman Antigona Citaku has said that after watching the footage, in consultation with the Prosecutor has launched investigations into the violent professor.
The police station's spokeswoman in Podujevo, Antigona Citaku, has told Express that even their mothers said so when they declared it.
But they say they've already started investigating this case, and that they will act on the basis of what's shown on video.
The case at the Podujevo station has been reported. But it's a report that two students have been beaten up, and the professor has even broken them apart, as their mother has clarified them when she has said so. We've seen the videos going around and in consultation with the prosecutor the case will be handled, and based on what we see, we'll see what's done. Now we're going to act on the basis of what's shown in the video”, Citaku said.
But Professor Copilla is denying it. He has said he has only intervened to separate other students while fighting.
I've been warned by the students, and the moment he wanted to leave, I stopped him from sending him to Director”, Copilla said on Saturday.
In the Copalla shoots, however, it is seen beating the student until the other children divide him.
In fact, after sharing it, the professor again rushes students and beats them at the entrance of the school yard.
And at the Podujevo Education Directorate, they say they were notified by the school principal right after the case.
Director Agim Blackchior has said they will review all the circumstances that have led up to this case, and will take measures based on regulations in force. They even say the measures will be taken by the beginning of the week.
We saw one more, and yesterday we were informed by the school directorate. We'll look into all the circumstances that have come up to this case, and we'll take the Conform Arrangements that are in effect. We don't have complaints about beatings. As of early next week, we will look at the case and take steps”, said the director of the Education Directorate in the Podujevo municipality, Agim Blackchior.
Sabit Kopola, professor of English, was the candidate for Podujevo municipal assembly with LDK. In the FB account, the main photos are with Podujevo chairman Agim Veliun, who is also LDK chief.
The case of beating that students from the professor is not the only one in Podujevo and Kosovo. Other cases have also been denounced by parents and children, but there have been lack of punitive measures against violent professors.
