“Albanians have long been trying to form the Kosovo Army that will be multiethnic. The Serbian list has made it clear that they do not want to participate in the formation of the military. Why there should be Kosovo's army there when it already has KFOR, except to act hostilely towards the Serbian people”, Petkovic has said.
