Peter Noecaj pleaded guilty to the court for the murder of his wife and daughter in August of this year in the village of Brecoc, Gjakova.
However, at the trial hearing against him at the Gjakova Foundation Court, no plea agreement was presented.
Nocej was brought in for the hearing at which his lawyer and prosecutor said this agreement was not reached due to procedural causes.
Peter Noecaj is charged with criminal offence “severe murder”, since he allegedly deprived his wife and 9-year-old daughter of life.
“We are trying to finalise this case with correctness and to negotiate the plea between the accused and the prosecutor of the case, but we are not invited to this deal”, Fehmije Zubi, Nocaj lawyer, said.
While prosecutor Agron Matjan acknowledged that the negotiations on admitting guilt have begun but unable to end.
“We have started negotiations, but because of procedural reasons we have not reached such an agreement”, the prosecutor said.
In the courtroom full of people when asked by the judge in the case of Guzim Pozheg, accused Noecaj pleaded guilty and expressed regret over the case.
“Even though I accidentally killed the girl, as if it were I admit guilt because I have repented”, accused Peter Nocaj said.
Prosecutor Agron Matjan said this admission of guilt rests on evidence and evidence presented in the indictment.
The attorney of the injured party, Isa Osdautaj, said the accused's “committed double murder, I consider that the accused should also be charged with the criminal offence to the general threat to the Mark” family.
After accepting guilt on the part of Peter Noecaj, his lawyer asked the court to take into account the “extenuating and burdensome circumstances” against her defenders.
“Anyway, we are convinced that the court will bring the right and based”, lawyer Zhubi said. /Call. com
