New research: People who work in the office on foot tire less and are more busy

NHSA employees were offered new tables at work as they set goals for stay time. After a year, researchers discovered that fatigue decreased for more than an hour a day compared with their colleagues, Periscope broadcasts.
Workers who previously spent time sitting down, now using tables that enable them to work on foot, said they feel less tired and more engaged.
The research team, led by Louisborough University and experts from Leicester, tested 146 workers.
Seventy - seven of them were offered tables that enabled them to stand, while the other 69 continued with their standard tables.
Staying in that position also allows experiment to improve muscle problems.
And by means of a questionnaire that the workers submitted to, those using high tables were less concerned.
Consistent decline affects our health, potentially causing cardiovascular problems or even early diabetes, says medical research./Periscopi/
