In the first case, there is a suspicion that the defendant M.T, in the municipality of Ranillug, has consistently been exercising physical violence against his wife, the injured T. T, striking him with fists on his face and body parts, which because of his injuries suffered has sought medical help.
In this way, the same man has committed a minor bodily assault.
In the other case, it is suspected that the defendant F.S., in the municipality of Gjilan, has caused domestic violence so that under the influence of alcohol and knife, his daughter L. F, until the moment she gets hurt, she takes the knife out of her hand, which is the same time she's still trying to hit him, shooting a tree in the direction of it.
With these actions, the same has committed a criminal offence.
In both cases, the prosecution has issued a decree on the ban, in the duration of 48 hours, and has applied for the detention assignment of 30 days, against the two defendants, at the competent court in Gjilan.
