“We have decided again to start investigations in which doctors and field experts will participate”, the French minister has added, telegraphy broadcast.
In En from 2009 to 2014 alone, seven children have been born without hands, and in Loard during 2007-2008 three, and in Bretan four children during 2011-2013.
The cases were recorded in rural areas, and residents were alarmed. The first investigations conducted by France's public health, where it has been found that cases in En, according to statistics, are at national borders.
