The council has launched an initiative to hold a referendum to annul the decision on Kosovo's recognition, as it is allegedly acting against the will of 85 per cent of the Montenegrin population.
The Serbian National Council has asked the president of Montenegro and all parliamentary parties in the Parliament, but also from all MPs individually to talk about their demand, the conditions and holding the referendum, writes the Serbian blitz.
However, through a statement, the Serbian Council has declared that for more than four months by initiative, neither the chairman of Montenegro nor the parliamentary parties have announced anything.
According to them, the president is tasked with returning answers to the Serb National Council, since, according to them, the initiative is in accordance with the law in power and the Constitution, in accordance with democratic principles, therefore consider a moral obligation for Montenegro to support the initiative to annul the decision on recognising the state of Kosovo.
