Abandoned by the family and without a defence lawyer, Kujtim Koja, the author of triple crime in Matti's village of Shlill, appears today before the Court for Security Measure.
During his testimony to the police, the 51-year-old admitted the authorship of the crime, but has not repented of the three victims he caused -- two of which municipal employees Erzen Aliaj and Mentor Hoxha -- and his fellow village, Hamit Bucki, while left injured Astrit Hani, who is in Burrel's hospital.
He has indicated that he initially argued with the victims, while one of them, Erzen Aliaj, has hit him with a slap while they were in the village bar.
In a drunken state, 51-year-old has left the bar and is later returned with a Kalashnikov firearm, whose cartoon emptied over three victims.
The event could have had even more tragic balance, if Cameron Kodza hadn't had her gun taken from her hand.
In front of the police, he said he was offended by the slap in front of his fellow villagers and therefore took the Maccabre act.
At the scene, authorities found 11 shellings. Ironically, earlier at the bar he had been the father of one of the victims, Mentor Hoxha, who had bought him raki the owner of the massacre, Kujtim Koja.
