Close to 30,000 euros has cost the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT) a 6-day training of its workers at the “Meditran” hotel in Budva in Montenegro. Training has kept the Kosovar Institute for Management (KMI), which is the registered business on behalf of party member Ilir Rexhepi. Until about 1 year ago, Rexhepi has been manager at the institute. Times Ditore sources within August have shown that this minister has paid KMI 600 euros per person for pursuing this training from the administration field. Besides costing the Ministry 600 euros in training for 1 person, all those who participated in the training have received 26 euros a day from payday.
