An indictment of Liridon Uruki, killed 22-year-old Djilani

The Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan, the Department of Internal Crimes, has filed charges against defendants Liridon Uruqi.

The prosecution reports that in 28.07.2018, in the village of Bresalz municipality Gjilan, defendant Liridon Uruki, with direct action and deliberately deprived of life, now to the late Fatlind Arifi, in the way that he shot at him, which he struck at the left side of his chest, with c possibly the same wounds he did not survive and passed away sending him to the hospital.

With these actions, the same has committed a serious murder by Article 179 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.5 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”.

Also, the defendant deliberately addresses the same weapon to the initially injured Kastriot Haziri, and Freedom Muji, then to the injured witness Gzim Abazi, pulling the trigger. In this way, he also committed a serious attempted murder, from Article 179 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.5 concerning Article 28 paragraph 1 of KPRK, says further in the statement.

“According to the indictment, the defendant without authorization and contrary to the applicable gun enforcement law, has held the gun to which he committed the murder, with which cases are also charged for criminal work possession, control or unauthorized possession of arms from Article 374 paragraph 1 of KPRC”.
