The Government of Kosovo has calculated these expenses under the category for capital investments, which has resulted in an increase in capital investment spending of 6 percent or 17.4 million more than last year, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
For this category of expenditures, 710m euros have been available, however, for nine months only about 297m have been spent. This has affected the level of implementation of projects in ministries and municipalities to remain low.
Much of capital spending during this 9-month has gone to road construction, expropriation, buildings (schools, hospitals and other public objects), equipment, transportation vehicles, and public security, and capital investments.
