A 102-year-old man spent three nights on the roof of his house, after falling and stuck there.
The man, named at the local level as Ron Easton, was found on Wednesday on the roof of his house at Bigbury-on-Sea, Devon.
Former racing driver known as “Ton-Up Ron” was transported to the hospital, but he didn't risk his life.
Trish Bagley, who sends milk and paper to Easton, raised the alarm after he found two unopened bottles.
When she went to the 102-year-old property, she noticed that nobody opened the door and didn't answer the phone. I thought she was asleep but I had to get someone to look at,” she said.
Then a salesman found Ron on his roof and then called an ambulance.
