A day after clashes with Defence Minister Panos Kamenos for the Prespa deal, Greece's Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias has resigned.
Greek media report that Kotzias was disappointed in the fact that Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras did not support him against attacks by Kammenos, who is also a junior coalition partner.
Yesterday's debate occurred during the meeting of Greece's ministerial council, after Kotzias said Kamenos snogged into foreign policy. Meanwhile, Minister Kamenos had indicated that the Prespa deal was needed after the elections. Following the debate created in the hall, Greek government spokesman reacted by means of a public statement.
