Former director of urbanism in the Pristina municipality, Lieburn Aliu, said Pristina municipality chairman Shpend Ahmeti was criticised for the sluggishness and slowdown in making decisions.
According to him, directors had to go to President Ahmeti's office several times until they received the signature for project implementation.
Aliu in an interview for the “show speaks Pristina” in Klan Kosova has indicated Ahmeti has delayed signing for the start of the capital's national map project for six months.
He claimed he never understood what the reason for this delay in signing was.
