The letter was sent on November 9th, the same day Nikki Haley announced I would resign. The letter was sent to UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
In that letter Haley has said he supports the goals of the Secretary General and the UN for preserving world peace.
Haley has named it a success of UNMIK's peacekeeping mission in the face of a complex conflict, as has been the situation in the Republic of Kosovo.
