The city employees were lunching the moment a person entered and shot them. Police have identified the author as citizen Metom Hoxha and have been tracking him.
The victim has been identified as Mentor Hoxha and is about 36. And the wounded are Ham. B, resident of the area and Erzen Aliaj 49, also municipality employees.
Initially, the police said there were two victims, but then explained that we had to deal with a murdered man and two people injured. The wounded were transported by helicopter to the Trauma hospital in Tirana because of their state of health.
