Kavanaugh's name has been spoken of in recent weeks because of accusations initiated against him by several women, as they have said of sexual misconduct.
Professor Christine Blasey Ford witnessed before the Senate Judiciary Committee days ago, saying it was “100 percent safe” that Cavanaugh sexually assaulted him as young.
Kavanaugh on the other side has denied all charges.
With the democrat initiative, US President Donald Trump has called for an FBI investigation into these claims.
The agency has then handed over to the Senate and White House Committee the report to find Thursday this week.
The Democrats have said the investigations were carried out in a closer circle than was required, until for the republican finding the report have not confirmed the assumptions against Kavanaugh.
Against his election, hundreds have also emerged who have protested the adoption of Kavanaugh's nomination in the Supreme Court.
The judges' mandate at the U.S. Supreme Court is eternal, until this Court has a profound impact on the political life of this state.
