Stage One
During the first two weeks, you can eat mushrooms, white eggs, salmon, shell trees, vegetables with few fibers, and many proteins. Alcohol consumption is not strictly restricted but also of milk, coffee, trees, and fat products. At this stage every day you have to consume between 800 and 1,000 calories.
Stage Two
It's also two weeks, and it's similar to the first, just because you have it allowed to consume more of your carbs, beans, peas, potatoes, shell trees... at this stage every day you have to consume between 900 and 1,000 calories.
Stage Three
