He mentions factors that make a community receptive to the LGBTI, which, according to him, has to do with the best quality of life. “Economic stability, education system, health, air pollution, wages, infrastructure” are valued among the criteria of this quality of life.
Countries that have good living qualities also have greater acceptance of LGBTI communities. And he has mentioned some poor African countries, such as the most unpopular.
