25 Victims of helicopter crash

The spokesperson for this province, Naser Mehdi, has said the helicopter has crashed after climbing up the mountain area of Anar Dara.
He has said the helicopter has collapsed as a result of bad weather, while a Taliban spokesman has claimed militants have brought it down.
Mehdi has said that among the passengers there were also deputy commanders for the western area of Afghanistan and the leader of the council of the Pharajari.
Meanwhile, officials have said a suicide bomber has carried out the attack outside Afghanistan's largest prison in Kabul, leaving at least seven people dead, including prison workers and security personnel.
Interior Ministry spokesman Najib Danish has said the attacker has targeted a bus that has been carrying prison workers on October 31st.
Still no one has claimed responsibility for this attack.
