A manual on how the civilian population should react to war is being prepared for distribution in Sweden.
The brochure is expected to be distributed to over 4.7 million residences, reports The Telegraph, while it contains instructions on what is called total protection. The civilian population is directed in ways that basic products, water, and food should be provided, but also heat.
It will bear the name “if the war crisis comes to” and will also give instructions on how threats to cyber attacks, terrorism and climate change should be addressed.

In September 2017, Sweden held the largest military exercise in the last 23 years. A total of 19 thousand Swedish and allies from Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, France, Norway, and the US participated.
