Former OSCE Ambassador to Kosovo, during wartime William Walker, has stayed in the village of Recak of Shtime to commemorate the massacre that took place today 19 years.
He has told Klan Kosova how many times he goes there, feels as if in 1999, when he was about to see the genocide that was committed against Albanians by Serb forces.
Every time I get here, I always feel the same way. It's always cold and I always remember with so much pain in the massacre here”, said Walker, announces Klan Kosova.
