Vuciq orders Serbs for peace: I'd rather talk to Thaci than shoot a bullet.

A group of Serbs present in the hall at the beginning of the conference shouted loudly to seek help from Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq.

The Vice President helps us, we're guilty of being Serbs, we hope for your help, can you guarantee security and survival here? Who will help us? ”, was this call of some people gathered, whom Vuciq replied that Serbia will do everything to keep them from fearing and never crying.

President Vuciq said he cannot reconcile with all those who have heard the talk in Northern Mitrovica and said the most important and largest interest of Serbs in Kosovo is the preservation of peace.

“Talks were held in an atmosphere of terror following Oliver Ivanovic's terrible murder, we discussed the Brussels Agreement, the respect of Resolution 1244... Demands for Serbia to give up weapons. But my answer is that I hope Serbia will give money for gardens, schools, hospitals...”, Vuciq, who has been interrupted by Serb calls saying their demands have been made for the defence of Mitrovica, has said.

After that, Vucic has continued as if nothing had happened, though not in good mood, has said Serbia is interested in exchanging information concerning the investigation of Ivanovic, but has not accepted the Kosovo side.

He said that regardless of who is the author of the Serbian politician's murder, there will be no mercy on them, both Serbs and foreigners.

I can't agree with everyone. I think and I say that because of Serbs. The Serbs' highest interest is peace, stay and survive in their hearths and have the future for you and your children. We also discussed the creation of unity, trust and respect among Serbs, and here in the north, but also everywhere. We will allow Pristina institutions, just as the US ambassador in Pristina has said, to testify about what they will do. Vuciq also reflected the current situation in northern Kosovo, where most police officers -- as he recalls -- are of Serbian nationalism.

Our “policy has to be a policy of peace with Albanians, and it's not important what the media and their politicians do, that I clearly understand”, Vuciq said.

Vucic has accused Pristina of not fulfilling any of Brussels' obligations until Belgrade has, according to him, fulfilled all. He has shown his confidence that when he comes next, it will not be difficult and unpleasant but that he will be proud of something.
