In an interview for Indexline, Tahiri has said Kosovo's Specialised Chambers have been founded in co-operation with legal and constitutional changes adopted by the Assembly of Kosovo.
Kosovo's specialised “Chambers are founded with constitutional and legal changes adopted by the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo. Therefore, in accordance with their mandate, Kosovo's responsible institutions will co-operate with the aim of ensuring a fair, transparent process and in line with higher human rights norms and standards. The Kosovo government has taken the necessary actions to ensure legal protection and technical assistance for all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who can be presented before them, in accordance with the Law for Specialised Chambers and the Special Prosecutor's Office and the Law for Jurydic Protection and the financial support of potential indictees near the Specialised Chambers, adopted by the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo<1>, Tahiri has said.
