Haradin Bala has served 10 years in prison, while being pardoned three years by The Hague's Tribunali. This Tribunal in October 2010 had rejected former KLA member Haradin Bala's request for release after serving more than half the sentence. A total of 88 days of trial were held for this process. The court's ruling, made public on November 30th 2005, acquitted Fatmir Limaj and Isak Musliu and sentenced Haradin Balaj to 13 years in prison.
