A daily pace of concern often causes confusion and anxiety among people.
Sleep problems are typical of older people. A new study has shown that in older people who show no signs of cognitive damage but who have sleep problems, they accumulate ammoloide proteins in the brain.
Those surveyed who had regular sleep and were not prone to the day's problems had fewer ammoloide proteins in the brain, increasing Alzheimer's disease.
Experts so far discover this disease more often based on the image of the brain.
I don't want to scare people, but if they're chosen often at night, they have Alzheimer's”, said research co-author Eric Musek, neurolog at Washington University.
