Skenderbeu Glory in Documentary

In the case of the 500th anniversary of the death of our national hero, Gjergj Kastriot-Skenderbeu, we are bringing the hero's glory to a documentary carried out by Kosova Prees.

The documentary, which is about 19 minutes away, reflects Skenderbeu's image from another perspective.

The documentary, which was published in January 2015, speaks of the 25 battles of our hero, all resulting in great victories.

The age of XV century Skenderbeu and its own figure strongly influenced the spiritual lives of Albanians and the growth of their national consciousness. Under Skenderbeu's leadership, the Albanian struggle rose to a higher and more organised degree and marked a decisive turn in Albania's political development. Skenderbeu became a symbol of the war for freedom and independence.

He remained Albania's greatest hero and founder of the medieval Albanian state.
