Condemning MPs who threw tear gas at the Kosovo Assembly, the Court did what was expected of it. Today's judgment is a warning that other cases where other MPs are accused will end!
Now we MPs must do what is expected of us. The initiative, launched last month for the adoption of the Amnisti Law for MPs who have dropped tear gas in the Assembly to finish by adopting it as soon as possible. I invite colleagues from all parties as well as civil society to support this initiative.
This alone would rob them of the opportunity to abuse the law of those who are willing to do so whenever they get a chance!
