Sheriff: KEK's biggest environmental pollutants

The Sheriff said today in the country that we cannot solve problems by talking.

Bilall the Sheriff, who at the session where we are discussing pollution, spoke on behalf of the Initiative for Kosovo, said problems are not resolved by speaking in the Assembly.

“KEK is a major environmental pollutants. We all know that the number of cars and the poor quality of derivatives is different pollutants, but that doesn't make us talk from here to solve problems”, the Sheriff said.

He called for long-term policies against pollution.

We make a resolution, we go home, but pollution continues. We need long-term policies”, the Sheriff said.

He found that reducing pollutants should become a priority.

Instead of counting the reasons why we've come to this situation, come together so that reducing environmental pollutants can become priority top”, the Sheriff said.

At the session, which is being debated on alarming air pollution in Pristina, there are 68 deputies present.

The session was initiated by Parliament Speaker Kadri Wessel with the support of 40 signatories.
