Serbian Ambassador to Tirana Miroljub Zaric, from northern Albania where he was on a visit, has declared that Belgrade will never recognise Kosovo's independence.
Kosovo is Serbia, for you independent but for us not. For us Kosovo is part of Serbia's territory and there is no possibility of accepting the alternative, having been, is and will be Serbia's”, he said.
The ambassador has praised relations with Albania, while adding that the Kosovo issue does not influence. “This issue does not affect relations with Albania”, it concluded.
