The SBASK says that in an effort to get an even better education in Kosovo, it has consistently raised meetings with Minister Bajrami once and now with Minister Bytyqi concrete ideas that help greatly in the ongoing establishment of quality in education. The SBASK has demanded that educators who unfortunately become sick with serious diseases be released from the learning process by granting pensions at 75 %s of the salary and instead engage the new framework in the quality of the intern teacher by being rewarded with 25 %s of the salary and if proven by work and dedication.
“We have requested that even a number of teachers who have passed 60 years of age and who are hard to communicate with new technology gain early retirement rights at 75 % pay and instead accept the new framework that remains well with technological developments and other scientific innovations”, the SBASK communiqué says.
Among other things, this union has demanded that schools be equipped with contemporary work tools and that the learning process be conducted in cabinets.
They have requested that educational directors be depoliticised and that professional educational frameworks be recruited that would visit schools of their own municipalities and visit in classes that would take a close look at the educational and educational work of each teacher and jointly through consultations would overcome the perceived weaknesses and would also be viewed closely as to which training the assigned teacher needs.
This would be a long-term solution, not warnings of knowledge tests. Teachers' knowledge has tested professors in Universities and that they have the necessary knowledge and evidence of their diploma”, points out from SBASK.
